Things to keep in mind when finding the right tent size:

  1. The number of people who will be at your event and under the tent at any one time.

  2. If you are planning to have accessories under the tent: tables, chairs, dance floors etc.

  3. The sizes and planned layout for your accessories. e.g. round table seated dinner, buffet style seating, head tables, etc.

  4. Do you need space for a dance floor, stage , bar, D.J., buffet tables, gift table, reception, an open space, etc.

  5. How much space do you have available? A tent will require a minimum of 2.5ft to 5ft of extra space around its perimeter.

  6. Your budget.

Please note: all size recommendations are estimates based on a snug, but comfortable fit for you and your guests. Remember to size up for events with many additional features such as a dance floor, bar area etc. All prices shown include installation & dismantle by our team.  Sidewalls are not included in these prices.

What is the difference between a Frame Style Tent and a Pole Style Tent?

Frame style tents are completely open underneath and are more flexible in where they an be installed (in parking lots, patios, etc.). Pole Tents have one or a few supporting poles in the middle of the tent from the ground to the peak. These must be staked into the ground as they rely on tension to support the tent, but are less expensive per square foot and can come in much larger sizes than Frame tents. The poles may affect layout possibilities and dance floor sizes.
